Create work instruction related to Heat Treatment process and training for Heat Treatment setter, operator
Tool service and management tool support, jigs for Heat Treatment process
Follow up tools consumption to ensure the best production cost and producing smoothly
Pre-setting tools & jigs
Change-over type and setup
Analysing of production process and solving the problem from root cause
Cycle time reduction
Record, analyze data, report ability
Testing, evaluating and start-up new product or manufacturing process
Contribute to improving project for the best production cost achievement
Troubleshooting support (machine, quality, ...)
