Mô tả công việc
1. Monitor the overall operations to find new ways to increase its efficiencies through new production designs
2. Studying to enhance labor efficiency and effectiveness by redistributing process stations.
3. Design these layouts to improve productivity, reduce wastes in the workplace.
4. Analyze processes and production schedules and will design new production processes accordingly.
5. Design various control systems to help minimize costs and increase production quality.
6. Initial release standard work on new process transfer and maintain mass production by optimizing process flow/working instruction/ECO-ECN update/eliminate waste/line layout/ to increase labor efficiency.
7. Evaluate current manufacturing practices and identify those needing improvement.
8. Improve the efficiency of each production process/station.
9. Review ECN/ECO to ensure readiness prior to production implementation.
10. Ability on tool/jig/fixture design/improvement to support improved process and quality.
11. Work with a cross-functional team to monitor and drive First Pass Yield and overall labor effectiveness.
12. Coordinate layout and facility move(s), suggest layout change and re-arrange layout due to demand.
13. Promoted improvement idea by applying Lean/Sig sixma, contribute problem and risk assessment solving
14. Coach, mentor and train Technicians within the Industrial Engineering team.
This position will be based in two locations of TTI Group. Candidate can choose to work at location 1 or 2
Location 1: SHTP Factory, District 9, HCMC. Shuttle bus from District 1, 7,10,12/Go Vap/Thu Duc/Binh Thanh/Binh Duong/ Dong Nai is available.
Location 2: Dong Nai Factory. Shuttle bus from District 1, 9, Thu Duc/Dong Nai is available.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor degree of Industrial engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Electronic-Eletrical Engineering or related majors.
2. Minimum 02-years experience as IE/process engineer in assembly manufacturing environment
3. Process Mapping Analysis
4. Lean/Six sigma
5. AutoCAD 2D, 3D (refer)/ Minitab
6. Microsoft: excel/word/ppt/teams; MES
7. Critical thinking & Logic thinking
8. English full 4 skills: listen/speak/read/write (medium or above)
9. Communication & Presentation
10. Teamwork
