Job overview
We are looking for an Senior Product Designer to build practical, reliable AI-powered and Digital transformation solutions for Higher Education.
You will work closely with Product Managers, Business stakeholders, Engineers, and AI teams, the Product Designer team transforms user needs and business goals into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end UX/UI design process from problem definition, research, ideation, wireframes, user flows, to high-fidelity UI and handoff.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business teams, Engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered solutions.
Support user research and usability testing and analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs for web and mobile applications.
Design visually consistent and scalable interfaces aligned with Design System standards.
Participate in defining and maintaining design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, and best UX practices throughout product development.
Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate design decisions and continuously improve user experience.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven design approaches.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design with experience leading projects or mentoring designers.
Experience designing complex digital products such as Super Apps/ Portal, LMS, SIS, others EdTech solutions, or large-scale platforms is a strong plus.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
Demonstrate a Vibe Coding mindset and the ability to effectively leverage AI-powered tools.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Lovable, Bolt or similar platforms.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Experience with Design Systems and component-based design.
Familiarity with usability testing methods and research techniques.
Understanding of responsive design and platform guidelines (iOS, Android, Web).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous requirements into workable technical solutions.
Comfortable working with Business stakeholders,
Product Owner, Engineers, and AI teams.
Graduates or engineers trained within Vingroup programs or VinUni alumni are highly encouraged.
