1. Sourcing the new factories and developing the products upon market trends and follow up sales teams and customers' requests;
2. Advise the director board in terms of sales and marketing for the suitable products and prepare the quotations;
3. Monitor the sample process with internal teams and suppliers and ensure all samples will be perfect and delivered on time.
4. Understand the product structure, have the basic knowledge of QA for the product to develop.
5. Maintain the great relationship with suppliers to reach the best results;
6. Coordinate with other teams as Sales, QA/QC,
Merchandiser to perform the targets
7. Other tasks from the management board.
- Education: graduated in University or College or English related.
- Relevant Experience & Knowledge:
+ At least 3-4 years of working experience in furniture export for US and Western countries.
+ Good experience in Furniture (Upholstery, Indoor and Outdoor furniture).
- Basic Aptitude:
+ Having a positive open mind, flexible on the job & be able to multi-task in a high paced environment.
+ High sense of responsibility, self-motivated;
+ Work independently but being a team player in your problem solving.
+ Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
+ Smart communications & negotiation skills;
+ Honest and strictly complying with ethics and professional standards;
- Basic Skills:
+ Excellent in Oral and Written English (Must)
+ Good in MS office
+ Willing to travel (international or local) if necessary
