The Product Development team in Vietnam focuses on solving the needs of Shopee for the Vietnam market in many categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our products are in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staff) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, and partners). Being a team leader, you'll gain career capital by doing various kinds of tasks, leading a team to deliver impactful products, and working with many different teams and partners to accelerate business growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead the team to deliver products
Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products
Work closely with business departments to gain a deep understanding of customer pain points, experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Drive the execution of all or parts of product lifecycle processes, including product research, product ideation, product solution, product design, product development & product performance
Work closely and give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or new product
Work on administrative task of the product, maintain existing app products (product management)
