Responsible for three key therapeutic areas including: onco, antifungal, and cardio in the Hanoi region.
Set up & implement business plans to achieve the assigned sale targets.
Build up & develop customer relationship & new territory coverage.
Support Line Manager to follow up sale reports, stock reports and all issues relating to orders.
Support Line Manager to implement administrative tasks.
Ensure all interactions with HCPs, tender activities and sample distribution comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Medicine; (MBA is a favor).
Strong communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills. Good communication in English. Good scientific presentation.
Ability to work under high pressure and understanding the assigned area is an advantage.
Work independently, be honest, good listener, and eager to learn.
3 years in pharmaceutical sales; minimum 2 years handling hospital accounts.
Experience in either cardiovascular, antifungal or oncology areas is an advantage.
Proven track record in driving sales growth, expanding market share, or managing tender channels.
Strong KOL relationships in key hospitals and therapeutic areas.
