JOB SUMMARY
- To lead production 5S programs, monitor production environment (temp/humidity/particles),
- Set up cleaning procedures/standards for production equipment
- MDI (Managing Daily Improvement) / KPI / CI (Continuous Improvement)
- To take lead on training programs for production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
- Perform production equipment maintenance and improvements which are to be attained through practical use of statistical tool methods, data extraction and analysis.
- Understand production process, operation manual, production standards, relevant documents in production process.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance production equipment when any abnormality in equipment is detected.
- Identify, install, and calibrate equipment when imported. In charge of the draft sequences of operations to training for production operator.
- Understand and apply good skills about: SPC, PDCA, 5W-1H, CI, FMEA, in repairing & maintenance production equipment.
- Conduct machine life span studies and production equipment maintenance cost reduction.
- Be ownership on operational indicators such as safety, machine OEE, line yield and machine defect reduction.
- Manage inventory control of all the Stock items to meet department budget and in cases where there is over usage, need to investigate the cause and define preventive action.
- Monitor new machine, Machine modify and improvement, Difficult machine repair, Difficult PM, TPM, job education to technician
