Senior Production Planner

Strategic Production Planning: Develop and maintain production plans that seamlessly balance capacity, resources, and customer delivery requirements across three manufacturing facilities.
Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels to create optimized production schedules, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
Operational Collaboration: Partner with operational teams to ensure flawless execution of production plans, adapting swiftly to changes or disruptions.
Proactive Performance Monitoring: Track production performance in real-time, proactively addressing delays, bottlenecks, or demand fluctuations to keep operations on track.
System-Driven Insights: Leverage Power BI, Macros, and ERP/MRP systems to model, analyze, and report on planning efficiency, capacity utilization, and key performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance planning processes, driving improvements in on-time delivery and operational agility.
Impactful Reporting: Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to communicate production status, KPIs, and capacity forecasts to leadership with clarity and precision.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, ideally in a make-to-order or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Power BI, VBA, SQL, etc.
• Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Positive and 'Can-do' mindset.
