ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Project Executive at CHOO is a champion of Collaboration and Agility. This role serves as the primary day-to-day bridge between the client and our specialized departments, focusing on translating brand visions into actionable briefs and ensuring flawless project management throughout the lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaboration (Account Focus): Support
Account Managers in translating client briefs into specific tasks for Event Operation, Production & Technical, Creative Planning, 2D/3D Art, and Visual & Motion teams.
Agility & Leadership: Proactively manage client feedback and independently monitor project timelines/resources to ensure the project remains on-brief and on-time.
Responsibility: Take full ownership of documentation, from multi-billion VND quotations to legal contracts and payment follow-ups.
Excellence: Maintain high-quality control for all deliverables before they reach the client.
Respect: Build trust with clients through transparent, professional, and consistent communication.
English: Good verbal and written English skills.
Big Scale Event Experience: Proven track record of independently leading large-scale events with production & operation budgets exceeding 3 Billion VND
Skills: Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and administrative skills. Ability to handle high-pressure client demands.
Portfolio Alignment: Showcase involvement in projects requiring high creativity and complex production management.
