Own the successful delivery of multiple digital and software projects from initiation through deployment.
Partner closely with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align project goals, priorities, and expectations.
Lead requirement clarification, scope management, and solution discussions to ensure business needs are translated into effective deliverables.
Drive project governance, risk management, resource planning, and delivery execution across cross-functional teams.
Communicate effectively with Business Users and C-level stakeholders, providing clear project visibility and facilitating informed decision-making.
Foster collaboration across teams, resolve challenges proactively, and maintain momentum toward project objectives.
Champion delivery excellence and continuously improve project management practices, processes, and team effectiveness.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in Software Project Management, with proven delivery of digital products and software solutions.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Possess at least one certification: PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or equivalent.
Hands-on Business Analysis capability, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and solution discussions.
Strong experience in E-commerce, Retail, Mobile Applications, and API-First Architecture projects.
Excellent communication skills with Business Users, Senior Management, and C-level stakeholders, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
