Senior QA Engineer Automation Tester, Good English

The Senior QA Engineer will be part of an agile development team and will work with the team to validate the software development. Set up the test strategy, processes, and procedures to ensure best-in-class Quality Assurance. The Senior QA Engineer will proactively support the team, ensuring high quality from the early stages of the development process. You will be the safekeepers of our zero-bug policy.

Main tasks:

• Setup test strategy, processes, and procedures
• Coach other team members in the area of QA
• Ensure best-in-class testing and improve where possible
• Create or review the acceptance criteria together with the team
• Create and organize test cases
• Organise bug hunt or pair test sessions
• Implement scriptless UI Automation tests with automation tool (Mabl, Selenium,...)
• Monitor and/or update test cases when certain features are updated
• Help review customer bugs together with support and initiate actions such as a higher end-to-end coverage or adding extra test cases
• Both automated and manual testing

• By nature, you're driven to understand our product and how our customers use it.
• You can set out the strategy and execute together with other team members
• Experience working with enterprise development environments and tools including - Git/BitBucket, JIRA/Confluence.
• Knowledge of standard change management tools and processes, code branching/merging/commit strategies, feature branches, and trunk-based development.
• Experience working in teams with Agile approaches such as Scrum and Kanban.
• You have 5 years of experience with test automation (Mabl, Selenium,...)
• Knowledge about financing products is a plus.
• Are passionate about testing methodologies and root-cause analysis.
• Speak English fluently.

• Office hours: 9:00 AM 🡪 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM 🡪 06:00 PM, off on Saturday and Sunday. Annual holidays leave will be following Vietnam law and as company regulations.
