Project Overview:
Join a cutting-edge AI product company focused on empowering end users to build and enhance front-end features efficiently. You will play a key role in supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality front-end solutions.
Scope of Work:
Collaborate directly with the client's end users to develop new front-end features using React.
Assist users in debugging and resolving front-end software issues.
Provide expert technical guidance and ensure best practices in front-end development.
Communicate effectively with users via chat and voice calls to understand requirements and deliver timely support.

Yêu cầu
3-5 years of experience in front-end development, with strong expertise in [protected info] and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, TypeScript preferred).
Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience in debugging complex UI issues and working with RESTful APIs.
Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.
Availability to work on the night shift (4 PM - 1 AM, Vietnam time) to align with client hours.
Nice to Have:
Experience with AI or SaaS products.
Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (GitHub, CI/CD, etc.).
Previous experience in customer-facing or technical support roles.
