Mô tả công việc
Responsible for providing all bank services, including credit and non - credit for FDI existing customer in order to sell business products and achieve assigned KPI.
- Receive business targets (KPIs) assigned by Head of FDI Center. Building and maintaining close relationships with existing FDI customers to sell all bank products (including credit and non-credit products), advise on suitable financing options
o Expansion and exploitation of new investment options/opportunities of existing customers
o Representing the Bank to receive and resolve customer's problems (coordinating with other departments - if necessary).
- Coordinate with Business Development Department and related departments to structure and maximize sales for FDI customers.
- Sign and control the customer's credit reports under their management before submitting to higher level (Head of Department / Approval Specialist / Center Head). Submit credit application to credit committee.
- Regularly review the existing list to detect early warning signs of potential risks and coordinate with the Head of Department and related parties to propose/make plans to respond to arising risks. / Capable of generating and implementing risk management plans for each client
- Manage credit quality, support RM to control credit quality of customer transactions in the group and report to Head of Department and/or Center Head when there are unusual arisings for grants credit, manage debt reminders and collect debt on time
- Coordinate with the focal point of the Center to serve the inspection, audit and control delegations periodically and when requests arise.
- Give ideas on business development, risk management and coordinate with related departments to implement those ideas.
- Offer/contribute plans to develop and improve product mechanisms, operational procedures, and processes in order to raise the standard of VPBank's services.
- Make suggestions or contributions to the creation of programs for sales marketing during each period.
- Offer proposals and coordinating with the appropriate divisions to develop new items in accordance with corporate procedures
- Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department/Head of the Center during each period.
-Educational Qualifications:
University graduated or higher in economics / finance / banking / business administration
-Relevant Experience:
Have at least 10 years working in banking industry. Having at least 03-05 years of working experience at the Bank's Direct Sales Unit (CIB/CMB/SME Division)
- Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise:
Understand the provisions of the law on banking and businesses, policies, regulations, products of the bank for corporate customers
Having good knowledge of the market, business activities of Corporate customer as well as the key industries that FDI Center is financing
Good knowledge of finance and credit risk management.
- Skills:
Have good sales skills and list of potential customers
Good negotiation and relationship building skills
Strong organization and management skills
Have good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
Creative thinking and high pressure at work;
- English: Fluency, Preference will be given to candidates who are good at Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
- Others: Have the spirit of absolutely complying with VPBank's regulations and policies
