Mô tả công việc
-Responsible for building and managing a portfolio of FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) corporate clients, selling business products, and meeting assigned sales targets.
-Receive business targets (KPIs) from the Head of the FDI Center.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing FDI clients to promote and sell all bank products (including both credit and non-credit products), advise on financing options, and assist with identifying new investment opportunities.
-Represent the bank to address and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
-Work closely with the Business Development Department and other teams to structure and maximize sales for FDI clients.
-Review and manage customer credit reports before submitting them for approval (to Head of Department, Approval Specialist, or Center Head), and submit credit applications to the credit committee.
-Regularly monitor the customer portfolio to identify potential risks and work with the Head of Department and relevant teams to develop action plans to address these risks.
-Ensure credit quality is maintained by working with Relationship Managers (RMs) to monitor customer transactions and report any irregularities to the Head of Department or Center Head. Manage debt reminders and ensure timely debt collection.
-Coordinate with the Center's focal point to assist with inspections, audits, and control checks as needed.
-Provide suggestions for business development and risk management, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement these ideas.
-Contribute to the development of product mechanisms, operational procedures, and processes to improve VPBank's services.
-Participate in creating and implementing sales and marketing programs.
-Propose and coordinate with appropriate departments to develop new products in line with corporate policies.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Head of the Center.
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
-At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the bank's Direct Sales Unit (CIB/CMB/SME Division).
-Strong understanding of banking laws, corporate customer policies, and bank products for business clients.
-In-depth knowledge of the market, business activities of corporate clients, and key industries funded by the FDI Center.
-Solid understanding of finance and credit risk management.
-Strong sales skills with a network of potential clients.
-Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
-Strong organizational and management skills.
-Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
-Creative thinking and ability to perform under pressure.
-Proficiency in English.
-Knowledge of Japanese, Korean, or Chinese is a plus.
-Must strictly adhere to VPBank's regulations and policies.
