- Monitor testing processes and ensure compliance with procedures and technical standards.
- Collect and analyze test data, identifying quality or reliability issues. Assist in preparing test
result reports for engineers and management teams.
- Provide feedback to improve test methods and optimize test procedures during the
development of new test devices or systems.
- Retrieve ORT tools from the production line and manage BM tools and ORT tools.
- Perform teardown analysis when issues arise and after completing the manual life test.
- Update the test result into VIPER, CTQ Digital system.
Yêu cầu
- Associate or Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in testing or technical maintenance (preferably in product reliability or related areas).
- Basic data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with testing systems and technical standards.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and data analysis software.
- Strong teamwork and good communication skills.
- Willingness to support and learn from other team members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
