Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities within the Electrical and MEP sectors to meet or exceed sales targets.
Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including technical presentations, quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, contract signing, and post-sales follow-up.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with Project Owners, Consultants, Main Contractors, and MEP Contractors.
Account Retention: Maintain and grow the existing customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business through key account management.
Technical Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to clients, proposing optimized solutions for LV/MV panels, busway systems, and integrated electrical infrastructure.
Market Expansion: Support brand awareness and market development initiatives to position the company as a leader in the assigned territory.
Reporting & Analytics: Maintain an accurate project pipeline, provide reliable sales forecasts, and submit periodic performance reports to management.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and seamless project execution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience: Minimum of 4-8 years of proven experience in project sales, specifically within the electrical or MEP industry.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) / Medium Voltage (MV) panels, busway systems, or complex electrical distribution networks.
Industry Network: An established network of contacts among
Developers, Contractors, and Consultants is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong sales-driven mindset with excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deadlines under high pressure.
Languages: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for business meetings and site visits.
