Mô tả công việc
▪ Visit & Work closely with our existing distributors across the territory helping them expand their sales in the pool aftermarket.
▪ Visit & provide technical / commercial support to operators & end users across the territory helping them renovate their pools.
▪ Manage customer accounts / changes to support for quotation requests & goods delivery.
▪ Provides input in the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
▪ Prepares reports in market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.
▪ Support ADM in aftermarket event planning.
▪ Build relationships with new customers and maintains constant contact Qualifications for aftermarket sales.
▪ Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue & profitability within aftermarket business.
▪ Attention to detail and superior related work accuracy
▪ Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Board of Managemen to support company objectives.

Knowledge & Working experiences
▪ University degree in environmental, plumbing, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or related fields.
▪ 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the aftermarket segment and minimum of 2 years working in construction industry.
▪ Experience in document preparation and management, with a focus on sales-related documentation.
▪ Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
▪ Having a good relationship with the operators is preferred. Foreign Language & Computer Skills
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for document creation and management.
▪ Fluent in English communication skills (both written and spoken) to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

▪ Strong ability to work independently and proactively take initiative to drive sales activities.
▪ Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
▪ Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business ideas clearly and persuasively.
▪ Problem sensitivity and problem-solving skills to identify issues and propose viable solutions.
▪ Effective communication and active listening skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
▪ Persuasion, negotiation, and influencing skills to achieve positive outcomes in sales interactions.
