The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering fields such as mechanical, automation, electrical, or electronics, and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies for complex technical solutions. 2. NHIỆM VỤ VÀ TRÁCH NHIỆM/ ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals, focusing on the expansion of both domestic and international markets.
- Drive international sales development, identifying and securing new clients for automation testing machine solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring the continuous growth of business in key markets.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored automation testing solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, R&D, etc.) to ensure product and service excellence.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the automation testing industry.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
