senior sales Operation Executive

The position will supervise 1 Sales Operation Exe and ensure all sales operation in good order and improvement.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all sales and B2B operations are in good order including but not limited to preparing samples, quotations, contracts, tracking payment, delivery, etc
E-commerce operation: manage e-commerce channel order status and work closely with Finance & Accounting team for invoice issuance, coordinate with departments and e-commerce platforms to update policies and overall shop performance management.
Process sales orders from all channels and issue invoice
Improve procedure for better support to business
Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to implement new systems/ initiatives relating to Sales order processing
Provide customers with product information and promotion programs when requested
Receive and reply to complaints, work with related Departments to solve complaints in compliance with company policy, and maximize customer satisfaction
Be a contact point to receive products requested warranty service from customers and authorized Stores, and work with Quality Assurance for warranty process
Manage and update Store documents
Calculate monthly incentives for Stores
Coordinate with Accounting for month-end closing Accounting reports, sales reports, invoice reports, etc.
Reconcile cash/bank settled with sales orders from Stores
Receive mailings, and documents of all Departments
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
