The Sales Trainer position is crucial in driving the success and effectiveness of the sales teams within the organization. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that all sales personnel are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excel in their roles, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth and market position.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Training and Onboarding Plan:
- Develop and implement training plans for the sales teams across various centers;
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new employees to ensure they are proficient in sales processes, products, and required skills to achieve optimal sales performance;
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for staff to ensure both new and current employees maintain high performance levels.
Sales Tools Design:
- Create and update sales support tools, including materials, presentations, and online tools, to optimize sales effectiveness and increase conversion rates;
- Evaluate and enhance existing tools to meet the needs and challenges of the market effectively.
Market Research and Promotion Proposals:
- Conduct regular market research to understand trends, customer needs, and behaviors;
- Propose promotional programs and adjust sales policies based on market analysis and feedback from the sales team;
- Assess the effectiveness of current promotional programs and sales policies, suggesting necessary adjustments to optimize revenue and conversion rates.
Implementation of New Processes and Tools:
- Implement new tools and processes within the sales team, ensuring smooth and effective application;
- Propose pricing programs and pricing policies aligned with business strategy and market feedback.

3. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field;
- At least 4 years of experience in sales or sales training, with experience as a Sales Trainerbeing an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and convey information effectively;
- Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Creative with the ability to design effective sales tools and training programs;
- Project management and efficient process implementation skills.
