Have at least 2 years of experience working as a dedicated Scrum Master.
Excellent English speaking and written skills. (Mandatory)
Have experience in product development environment, and in building a productive environment where team members enjoy working on it.
Have experience in building high performing teams.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
Excellent presentation and facilitation, coaching and mentorship skills for applying Scrum theory, and practices.
Must be enthusiastic and bring high-energy to the team.
Strong ability in facilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and Scrum events.
Hands-on experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, continuous improvements plans and Motivating/encouraging the scrum team to improve continuously.
Have experience working with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of applying Scrum.
Hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement and communications.
