Location: Thanh My Loi ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
Schedule: 9am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
Docosan is a tech company dedicated to making it effortless for Vietnamese people to get the right healthcare. We are driven to empower patients, building products that make healthcare easy for patients and providers, delivering the modern healthcare experience they deserve. Founded by two Harvard grads in 2020 and backed by top global investors, we are looking to expand our team here in Ho Chi Minh City.
The mission for this role is to increase organic, referral, and paid traffic to our website while improving the quality of traffic that drives conversion and revenue. This will be achieved through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that leverage data and insights to optimize performance and exceed business objectives, as well as by demonstrating expertise in SEO, SEM, and data analysis to inform and improve marketing decisions.
What you will do:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase traffic while optimizing performance to exceed business objectives.
Analyze external and internal data to identify opportunities for improvement, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns
Increase retention by implementing effective strategies that keep our customers engaged and satisfied.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the company stays ahead of the competition
Manage and utilize a variety of performance marketing and analytics tools, making informed decisions on which tools to implement, as well as identifying opportunities for new tools to improve efficiency and performance

Yêu cầu công việc

+4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results
Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Performance Marketing tools: Proficiency in using tools such as Google Analytics and other (A/B testing) performance tools (MoEngage, Braze etc)
Data analysis: strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns
Content marketing: knowledge of content marketing and the ability to create content that drives traffic and conversions
Paid Media: Experience with paid media channels such as Google ads, FB ads and the ability to optimize campaigns for Maximum ROI
SEO skills: knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in SEO Optimization and accompanying tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz etc)
Result-driven: A focus on achieving KPIs and delivering measurable results
Strategic thinking: the ability to this strategically and develop long term plans to achieve business objectives
Data-Driven: A strong analytical and data-driven approach to performance marketing
Creative problem-solving: the ability to identify and solve complex problems in innovative ways
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
