TÓM TẮT CÔNG VIỆC:
JOB SUMMARY
As a key member of the improvement projects team, your skills and experience will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules, and cost. The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for providing engineering expertise in the design, fabrication, installation and assembly of the project. The primary challenge of this position is to ensure the project is completed in accordance with all technical requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet contractual arrangements and stakeholders requirement.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH (MAIN DUTIES):
1. Plan and coordinate Project initiatives, scope of work development.
2. Provide engineering advice for site stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
3. Review tender pricing from suppliers/contractors and assess submissions for technical compliance.
4. Overview the entire project (within disciplines) from an engineering view point while maintaining an open approach to all queries.
5. Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, Provide Leadership and advice where and when required.
6. SMP scope of works development from conceptual design through to detail design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
7. QA/QC management of site construction (SMP).
8. Develop, review and approve ITPs in associated with fabrication and installation (SMP)
9. Commissioning activities of the plant where and when required.

Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC (JOB REQUIREMENTS)
Kinh nghiệm, Kỷ năng và Kiến thức (Experience, skill, knowledge)
• Enginering qualification (Bachelor degree) or equivalent and relevant SMP qualification.
• Extensive field experience in mining projects - both brownfield and greenfield projects.
• Atteast 10-15 years plus experiences in the mining or Oil & Gas industry, post graduated engineering. And at least more than 2 years as a Senior/leader Project Engineer role.
• Experience with TQ'S, filed inspections, technical procurement, redline mark ups, progress reporting.
• Experience with scope of work development - SMP construction contractor management and QA/QCs.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• A commitment to promote a safety orientated team culture.
• Plan and schedule work and labour requirements to meet contract time commitments and maximise resource utilization.
• Monitor progress against work schedule to ensure any issues that may impact on schedule, budget or other areas of the project are identified.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and liaise on a day to day basis to plan work, keep them informed of progress, resolve any issues of concern and identify variations or additional work required.
• Provide coaching and training of other junior engineers and team members.
