Coordinate with RBS Operation Manager or Program Managers the implementation of the programs in their countries and share with the RBS Country Manager and RBS Technical team in the country.
Work with RBS Scheme Leader, RBS Operation Manager and RBS manager to prepare topics for Auditor technical meetings.
Identify quality, integrity and efficiency improvement areas.
Assist in development and revision of audit policies and procedures.
Resolve and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for analysis.
Contribute to Technical documents.
Yêu cầu
University education or equivalent
Minimum four years industry relevant experience
Recognized approval as second-party Lead auditor for a variety of schemes or sectors (qualified APSCA CSCA Auditor)
Successfully completed recognized auditor training Experience of team management/leadership (desirable): certificate ISO Lead 9001; certificate SA 8000 Basic; or WRAP, BSCI, SLCP, Smeta, ESCP
Understand "Local Regulation in safety, labor, social, security, environment industries" and Client expectation required.
Excellent communication skills, Advanced level of English
