We are looking for a proactive and creative (Senior) Social Executive to lead community engagement, outreach initiatives, and social campaigns that drive meaningful brand connections and business growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Community & Outreach Management (60%)
Manage brand communities and collaborate with community partners/admins to drive engagement through content, seeding, and online/offline activities.
Monitor community sentiment, trends, and audience feedback to provide insights and proactively handle potential issues.
Plan and execute outreach activities with KOLs/KOCs across social platforms for both always-on and campaign-based initiatives.
Coordinate content planning, execution follow-up, quality control, and publishing schedules to ensure campaign effectiveness and lead generation.
Recommend and implement engagement tactics to increase conversation, interaction, and conversions.
Oversee AI chat tools and dashboards to improve response quality and user experience.
Event Management & Execution (20%)
Plan and coordinate the internal team and related third parties to execute community activities of various scales, such as online office hours, meet-ups, events, and summits.
Ensure all tasks before, during, and after event are delivered on time, aligned with objectives, and within budget.
Client Communication & Account Management (20%)
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
Maintain regular communication via email and related workplace platforms, calls, or in-person meetings to update progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
Liaise with third-party partners for collaboration, including paperwork (if any). Ensure all documentation and contracts are accurate and up to date.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
>=1 years of experience in Account Management and Community & Outreach Management with Social Executive, and >=2 years experience with Senior level; preferably in an agency setting, with additional expertise in digital marketing, B2B/eCommerce/Corporate is a plus.
Good data analysis skills.
Good strategic thinking with an understanding of brand and campaign objectives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Open to learning new trends, formats, and AI-supported tools.
