We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join a well-funded international SaaS company building products for the real estate industry.
What you'll do:
Build and maintain scalable backend services with Ruby on Rails.
Design and optimize APIs and database architecture.
Improve code quality, testing, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements:
5+ years of Ruby on Rails experience.
Strong SQL and database design skills.
Experience with AWS and containerized applications.
React experience is a plus.
Nice to have:
Payment platform integration (Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis.
CI/CD and container orchestration.
