• Costing: receiving style information from RU: qty/ photo/actual OS/ ETA (if have): checking PLM, samples in office, mail...
• Sending inquiries to current suppliers, requesting to update Cost Sheet in Amber Road after checking and comparing the price with standard price.
• Monitor Cost Sheet created by suppliers in Amber Road and work with Head Office team to finalize the quoted prices.
• Receiving Order Confirmation from head office.
• Checking with Leader/ Sourcing Manager for allocating: capacity/ lead time and base on Sourcing Calendar updated by head office.
• Sending orders to supplier for confirmation, issuing Sales Confirmation and Addendum signed by suppliers. Monitor the process of SC/Add approval.
• Filling up database, AR system for related information of order.
• Once style shipped, prepare documents: ACT and Add to suppliers/head office for confirmation. Updating payment document to Finance team.
• Sourcing new suppliers.
• Coordinating with other departments and suppliers for order related issues
• Other duties assigned by Head of Department and GM
