Senior Staff Software Engineer Golang/Python

● Development and implementation of mission-critical internal products that serve as the
operational backbone of GHN, enabling business functions to operate more efficiently, scale
faster, and make data-driven decisions.
● Build open API features for core logistics products
● Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring
● Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices
● Work in an Agile & collaborative environment involving different stakeholders.

● Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
● 4+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle of Golang applications, with
strong backend development skills and the ability to work across frontend components when required.
● Extensive experience in software design, architecture, development integration
● Solid knowledge of event processing models, parallel programming, multi-threading, enterprise integration pattern, Socket, Web Service, and REST
● Proficient in distributed databases, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB
● Distributed Caching such as Redis
● Familiar with Microservices, event-driven architecture.
● Ability to independently drive technical solutions, make sound engineering decisions, and
troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision.
● Experience leveraging AI tools to improve software development productivity, including code
generation, debugging, testing, and problem-solving, is a plus.
● Good cross-team communication skills

The following skills would be nice to have
● Experience integrating AI capabilities into software products is a plus.
● Experience with big-data technologies such as Apache Kafka, and OLAP
● Knowing how to work with Docker, K8S or cloud services, e.g GCP, AWS... is a big plus
