Job description
Development and implementation of mission-critical internal products that serve as the
operational backbone of GHN, enabling business functions to operate more efficiently, scale faster, and make data-driven decisions.
Build open API features for core logistics products
Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring
Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using engineering best practices
Work in an Agile & collaborative environment involving different stakeholders.
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in the full software development lifecycle of Golang applications, with
strong backend development skills and the ability to work across frontend components when required.
Extensive experience in software design, architecture, development integration
Solid knowledge of event processing models, parallel programming, multi-threading, enterprise integration pattern, Socket, Web Service, and REST
Proficient in distributed databases, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB
Distributed Caching such as Redis
Familiar with Microservices, event-driven architecture.
Ability to independently drive technical solutions, make sound engineering decisions, and
troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision.
Experience leveraging AI tools to improve software development productivity, including code
generation, debugging, testing, and problem-solving, is a plus.
Good cross-team communication skills
The following skills would be nice to have
Experience integrating AI capabilities into software products is a plus.
Experience with big-data technologies such as Apache Kafka, and OLAP
Knowing how to work with Docker, K8S or cloud services, e.g GCP, AWS... is a big plus
