Responsibilities:
Be the main source for desk research, market understanding, consumer insight and most importantly competitor positioning and activity.
Build a good foundation on research, learn about information sources and be proficient in using the digital resources for information gathering (beyond just Googling it). Become the research coordinator on a project/ account; for traditional and other methodologies.
Develop ability to deliver clear and concise summaries of information, with a focus on presenting internally and keeping your project team informed.
Analyze consumer research: starting with qualitative and quantitative, identify/generate insights above and beyond basic knowledge, as well as develop interesting and insightful ways of sharing consumer knowledge with your project team.
Understand the purpose of the creative brief and write a brief for specific outcomes - platform idea, creative executions, utility/app..., as well as the role of creative starters and support the brief in a way that inspires teams.
Respond to/identify creative ideas, and identify how to draw on research, to advance them
Experience the strategic work and creative development of an integrated idea; as well as understand the different disciplines involved; digital, social, CRM etc.
Put together proposals (with support from Planning Manager, Account, Media, Creative) and present to junior clients.
Understand the role of KPIs and the means at the disposal of your project/ client to measure success or results, read tracking reports and start to understand the role, uses of and methods of tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree - prefer: Advertising, PR, Marketing or Communications major.
Minimum of 1-2 years of account management or strategic planning in an advertising/event/creative/digital agency is required.
Must demonstrate excellent professional written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good at English (both writing and speaking)
