Currently, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Be a primary, day-to-day contact for all matters of strategy and planning, including briefs, workshops, report/research compilation, and creative collaboration
- Study social insight reports, and then collaborate with the Content Team & Account Team in developing practical and executable advocacy strategies for clients across categories
- Independently develop proposals, including monitoring implementation to ensure quality and in line with the strategy outline
- Present proposals directly to clients, support Account Team in client-facing to consult on compatible Social strategies
- Proactive in contributing ideas/opinions in both internal and external meetings, establishing a presence in the agency
- Maintain a high awareness of social issues, trends, consumer psychology, and habits and preferences on Social media & E-commerce
- Assist in the training of junior team members

Report to: Strategic Planning Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the similar position of an Influencer/Advertising/PR/Research agency
- Have strategic thinking, creative, able to quickly come up with planning ideas
- Public speaking, presentation & debate skill
- Passionate, willing to learn
- Hardworking, can work under high pressure to meet deadlines
- Good teamwork player while can work independently and responsibly
- Possesses a high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, especially good spoken and written communications skills.
