Job Purpose:
Believing that influencer marketing is not about booking, it is a strategy mix of influencer selection, content delivery, format and channels harmony, KPIs answering business need. It requests an experienced and passionate creative strategic mind to set the rules and keep an eye.
Key Responsibility:
1. Propose communication approach to answer the brief based on data, observation and experience
2. Building deployment set-up and tactics direction for the campaign
3. Brief and give input for creative work on deployment and tactics
4. Adjust plan and framework along the way responding to change
5. Collect, organize and mine the data for report preparation
Key Deliverables:
1. Wining proposals, ratio 50% for new pitch and 3 rounds of revision for retainer
2. Collaborate with creative to compose deployment plan
3. Build a good creative brief on tactics and deployment ideas
4. Give a clear role of tactics in the whole campaign
5. Set up campaign KPI and follow up the KPI
6. Analyze chart and graph to draw implication supporting report recommendation.
Qualification/ Requirement:
1. At least 2 years working experience as a same position in advertising agency. Experience of digital planning is a plus.
2. Marketing-minded with strong senses of Innovation & Originality
3. Ease to deal with both data and idea.
4. Pro-active, Insightful, Decisive & Passionate for winning
5. Excellence in writing and presenting proposal
6. Excellence in English and Vietnamese communication.
