RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning expertise.
Possess a sharp and critical thinking to clearly define the brand's challenges. Give strong strategic direction based on data-driven insights.
Responsible for overall campaign strategy, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for the campaigns in-charge. Confidently and independently handle the whole process from client brief - clarification - creative brief - ideation - presentation - execution - reporting.
Be able to handle various campaign types including but not limited to: brand strategy, brand communication, integrated execution, media planning.
Collaboration.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders - Account, Creative & Media team.
Be the to-go person within the team, cross-teams.
Client facing.
Be a good presenter in both Vietnamese and English.
Be a trusted advisor with clients for their communication challenges & solutions
Team cultivation.
Grow interns / junior planners. Inspire and give constructive feedback.
Confidently handle coaching, training.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 03 years of strategy/ account planning experiences in a creative agency; or other experiences at client-side/ research agency/ creative & media agency with incredible strategic thinking skills which should be shown in Pencil's planning test.
Strong in connecting the dots without getting lost in details.
Good communication skills - written, verbal and presentational.
Love logic.
Love asking why. Super curious.
Can multitask with efficiency.
Strong data analysis skill is a plus.
Background in media planning is a plus.
