Responsibilities
• Prepare harmonized projections variance report on a regular basis and report the findings.
• Prepare vendor capacity report and work with the management on necessary adjustments.
• Release vendor capacity as per agreed timelines and ensure demand and supply stability.
• Distribute orders based on agreed allocation framework across vendors and mills. Minimize the variance of projections to actuals, and ensure vendor/mills capacities are optimally used.
• Work with vendors in ensuring all inquiries are supported within committed timeframe.
• Continually explore the potential in cutting down lead times across vendors.
• Stay close with calendar revisions and ensure the vendors are well aware of the changes.
• Execution of orders allocations in line with global sourcing strategy
• Build and collaborate on speed, read and react and chase models based on business requirement
• Work with cross functional teams to establish and monitor global calendars
• Develop and enhance vendors internal planning and capacity management capabilities in line with our business requirements
Yêu cầu
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Management or similar area
• 5+ years' experience in the apparel industry, including 3 years in Production Planning.
• Experience in Fast React or a similar planning system will be an added advantage.
• Well organized, analytical, attention to detail, good communication skills and be able to work independently and under pressure
• Should be good at multi-tasking and prioritizing work.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel
• Excellent command in English (Both spoken & written)
• Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems which have impact to the business
• A good team player with a positive attitude and proactive outlook with drive towards excellence
