1. Job Purpose
Responsible for providing technical support to the sales team in customer meetings, solution design, and preparing technical documentation, focusing on Dell and IBM products and technologies. Additionally, perform onsite support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
2. Key Responsibilities
Work with the sales team to gather requirements and propose suitable infrastructure solutions
Design complete infrastructure architecture including servers, storage, virtualization, backup, disaster recovery (DR), and SAN network
Deliver solution presentations and conduct demos or PoCs at customer sites as needed
Prepare technical documents for bidding: Bill of Materials (BoM), system diagrams, configuration tables, and solution descriptions
Act as the technical lead during the handover to the deployment team after contract signing
Support internal training and consult on system upgrades or expansions for existing customers
Provide onsite support to customers for troubleshooting and issue resolution
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in presales or infrastructure deployment
Practical experience with the following product lines:
Dell PowerEdge, PowerMax, Unity
IBM Power, IBM FlashSystem / V7K / DS series
Solid knowledge of system architecture, SAN/NAS, RAID, operating systems (Linux, Windows Server), and virtualization (VMware)
Preferred certifications: Dell EMC Proven Professional, IBM Certified Specialist, VMware VCP
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and technical documentation
Ability to work independently, proactively handle issues, and collaborate effectively in teams
English proficiency in both writing and speaking
