Mô tả công việc
- A Senior TA Specialist is responsible for completing variety of tasks to support the daily operations of HR department, including creating, updating and applying all HR policies and company guidance. This role requires a candidate specializing in Talent Acquisition with excellent interpersonal skills as you will often be asked to work closely with other across different teams.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Creating a recruitment plan and coordinate with line managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments.
- Creating and implementing end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives.
- Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
- Collaborating with outside vendors, upper management and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Having +4 years experience working in Talent Acquisition or similar roles.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong empathy and interpersonal skills.
