Responsible for product label and packaging development and qualifications.
Perform related verification test to ensure transportation safety/security for shipments.
Design of all kinds of optical device packaging and labeling from RD phase And provide the overall design and solution according to RD/Customers' requirements.
Undertake all kinds of new product development and product design, changes and optimization.
Maintenance of the label and packaging operation and delivery system.
Maintenance of all kinds of international logistics demand and transport demand into packaging and labeling.
Design packaging and label of the different products, provide packaging illustration to PM/PE/ME from design to shipping packing and solve packaging issues from the customer and production.
Implementation of the packaging and label document, packaging Illustration, label Illustration, related drawings and WI of the shipping packing issued.
Design of all kinds of optical device packaging and labeling from RD phase. And provide the overall design and solution according to RD/Customers' requirements.
AUTHORIZATION
Report quality high risk events to supervisors.
Report unsafe behaviours to supervisors.
Report to next managing levels when my supervisor does the wrong thing without the correction.
JOB CONDITIONS

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Printing Technology, Materials Engineering, or related discipline
Working Experience
7+ years of experience in label and packaging design, preferably with experience in semiconductor, electronics, optics, photonics, or industrial manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
SolidWorks / CAD /
Bartender.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Skilled in the design of label and packaging.
Experience in label and packaging material, printing.
Skilled in the use of label and packaging material such as corrugated paper, Mylar, EPE, pallet and some plastic materials.
Able to support from the customer and market demand.
Cost control and accounting skills.
