Key Responsibilities:
✓ Use Revit to build, develop for Technical Interior Design
✓ Prepare construction drawings, technical design documents, and as-built drawings
according to each project phase.
✓ Coordinate with Interior - Architecture - MEP teams to perform clash detection and resolve model conflicts.
✓ Attend internal technical meetings to understand project requirements and update models/drawings accordingly.
✓ Manage and archive models and drawings following Studio3eight's data
management standards.
✓ Stay updated with the latest design standards and construction regulations.
Yêu cầu
✓ College/University degree in Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, or related technical fields.
✓ Minimum of 5 years of experience in ID Technical position, with strong proficiency in Revit for detailed technical drawings
technical drawings (preferably with experience in high-end architecture or interior
projects).
✓ Preferably proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
✓ Understanding design standards and drawing standards.
✓ Detail-oriented, strong teamwork skills, and ability to work independently.
✓ Good aesthetic sense and a passion for long-term career development in a
professional design environment.
