Senior Technical Specialist

To take lead of development of assigned buyer testing programs. To self-study if needed & well-understand buyer manual, methods and requirements and coordinates with related teams for any updates and changes
To work with global KAM if any unclear in testing manual or any missing of needed guideline/ form/ template.
To be a represent of VN for any technical meeting with global or any related assignment from global KAM.
To coperate with operation & mornitor to achieve TAT requirement including but not limited to
+ Daily check number of new order, review job status, on-time rate of Test assignment & solve occur issues.
+ Daily check number of report to be released, follow-up/ coperate with lab & reporting team on result release status & solve occur issues.
+ Tracing test result from afffiliate/ subcontractor if any potential late.
To provide technical consultation, recommendation/solutions to clients and team members on any product categories of Textile & Footwear industries.
To arrange technical seminars and trainings to clients and team members whenever needed
To take lead on checking lab capability, well filing & record the update doc of assigned buyer program (ex: Test request form, Manual, Price list, Report template, SOP,...)
To keep the team abreast of updated on buyer programs
To have daily/ weekly report to Operation manager & SBU manager.
