Senior Test Assignment

* Test Management and Assignment:
+ Lead Complex Testing: Take charge of more advanced and complex chemical testing assignments that require a higher level of expertise.
+ Oversee Testing Plan Operations including managing and supervising chemical testing assignments for electronic and electrical complicated finished products such as Refrigerator, Tivi, Air Conditioner, and Rice Cookers... Almost samples have more than 500 test points and more than 50 raw material types.
+ Assign and Coordinate Tests: Distribute testing projects to the Chemical Laboratory based on expertise and availability, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion.
+ Manage the accuracy of the test plan: Check BOM (bill of material), review the Sample Electrical Diagram carefully to understand the overall sample structure and details of material type, Review Actual Testing samples (finished goods and Materials), Control the test plan independently to ensure test methods, test regulations meet EE standards and big buyers' expectations.
* Technical Expertise:
+ Provide Expert Guidance: Act as the go-to technical expert for chemical testing processes, offering support to both internal operation teams and clients.
+ Develop and Optimize Methods: Continuously improve and refine testing methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with global standards (RoHS, REACH SVHC, Reach Annex XVII, Canada Hg -SOR 2014-254, CA Pro 65, TSCA, TPCH/ EU Directive Packaging; [protected info] EU Battery Directive, TCLP, PFAS...)
+ Lead Food Contact Material (FCM) project from EE Big buyers included FCM EU/US/JP/KR...
- Innovation and Service Development: Expand Testing Services: Work closely with Managers and Technical Specialist to develop new service offerings in chemical testing for electronics and electrical products.
- Foster Team Collaboration: Coordinate team efforts to ensure collaborative problem-solving and sharing of technical knowledge.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Make sure all testing activities adhere to internal quality standards, global regulations, and industry certifications such as ISO 17025.
- Mentor Junior Staff: Provide guidance and training to junior test engineers and technicians, helping them develop their skills.
