JOB PURPOSE:
To support the APAC organization in Total Rewards topics, ensure salary management and policies are reviewed and implemented in line with the market and global/regional guidelines
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Involved in reviewing, designing and developing equitable and market competitive total rewards programs, which are aligned and consistent with the P+F's business / pay philosophy;
- Lead the annual salary increment and bonus payout cycle effectively and within established budgets;
- Manage salary proposals for new hires, internal transfers / international assignees, market adjustments and promotion exercise, etc. based on company's pay structure;
- Conduct Job Evaluation exercise, using Mercer's methodology;
- With reference to Vietnam compensation & benefits ensures that the organization complies with all relevant regulations and laws;
- Participate in rewards / salary surveys and perform salary and benefits benchmarking for the Asia Pacific region;
- Review country's current rewards / C&B processes and propose improvements, where required;
- Advise and educate line managers on matters related to APAC rewards / C&B policies & guidelines;
- Support country (Vietnam) and regional projects as and when assigned;
- Support the deployment of Workday Advanced Compensation module with the rollout of merit and bonus plans;
Yêu cầu
- 1-year contract and open to discuss further based on performance and business demand;
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration or equivalent education; additional Specialist Diploma in Total Rewards is preferred;
- Business fluent or native-language English and Vietnamese (written and spoken);
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits either in-house in a medium to large MNC or as a consultant in HR consulting firm;
- Hands-on experience in the design and development of total rewards policies, compensation structures and job evaluation;
- Familiarity with Workday/Advanced Compensation module will be an advantage;
- Strong working knowledge of VN employment law, and regulations;
- Working knowledge of APAC countries' employment law, and regulations;
- Good working knowledge of Mercer methodology and tools e.g., TRS, IPE (job evaluation), and Mercer WIN;
