• Conceptualize and design bespoke tour itineraries tailored to the unique desires and budgets of direct customers and travel agents.
• Become the travel guru: Consult, advise, and directly sell immersive package tours to English-speaking clients, making their wanderlust dreams a reality.
• Master the art of client discovery: Uncover hidden travel aspirations by actively listening to clients and agents, then present curated itineraries that exceed expectations.
• Unlock revenue potential: Identify upselling opportunities and champion Maika Tours' most alluring destinations and unique experiences.
• Own your sales journey: Take charge of every client interaction, from initial contact to booking confirmation, nurturing leads and driving conversions with dedication.
• Negotiate like a pro: Secure the best deals for clients and Maika Tours by skillfully adjusting fees and changes when necessary, maximizing sales value.
• Travel concierge extraordinaire: Ensure smooth sailing for every client by sending essential documents, collaborating with other departments, and resolving any snags that arise.
• Teamwork makes the travel dream work: Collaborate closely with operations and reservations to deliver seamless service every step of the way.
• Nurture lasting relationships: Go the extra mile with personalized attention and open communication, building trust and loyalty with clients and agents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: Gather valuable client feedback and propose actionable insights that elevate Maika Tours' service quality.
• Expand the travel universe: Design new tours to broaden Maika Tours' online and B2B markets
• Monitor client payments and ensure timely collections.
• Report to the DOS

Yêu cầu
*Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Inbound Sales Executive, preferably Vietnamese nationality.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients.
• Proactive, resourceful, and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Deep understanding of foreign travelers' expectations and a passion for exceeding them at every turn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both in person and remotely.
• Honesty, integrity, and a team-oriented spirit.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and travel booking software.
*Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, English Language, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Thailand destinations and local cultures.
• Experience in B2B agent sales.
• Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.) is a bonus.
