As a Senior UI Designer, you are the "visionary" behind the look and feel of pioneering digital systems. Your core mission is to transform innovative concepts into premium visual interfaces, ensuring superior aesthetics and absolute consistency across all product lines. You will lead the design style, researching global trends to apply to our ecosystem, creating an inspiring and luxurious digital brand identity.
Aesthetic Direction Development: Research and forecast global interface design trends to build Moodboards, Concepts, and Visual Identities for new product lines.
High-Fidelity UI Design: Execute detailed UI designs for various displays (Center Display, Cluster, HUD), ensuring every pixel reaches the highest level of refinement.
Brand Identity Consistency: Maintain and evolve a consistent design language across the system, ensuring a premium and unified visual experience across different product segments.
Pixel-Perfect Asset Production: Create and optimize graphical resources (Icons, Graphics, Skins) that meet strict technical standards, ready for packaging and hand-off to the development team.
Specialist Consultation & Leadership: Provide aesthetic feedback and consultation to the team, ensuring design solutions are both visually stunning and highly supportive of the User Experience (UX).
International Presentation & Collaboration: Present design concepts, justify aesthetic directions, and engage directly with foreign partners and experts to align on a global visual style.
Yêu Cầu
Experience: 6-10 years in UI/Visual Design, preferably with experience in designing interfaces for Premium products, Automotive HMI, or high-end digital systems.
English Proficiency: Fluent. Able to present abstract design concepts and engage in deep aesthetic discussions with international stakeholders.
Visual Mastery: Excellent aesthetic taste with a deep understanding of Layout, Color Theory, Typography, and Iconography.
Tools: Master of professional design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender/C4D) is a strong plus.
Attention to Detail: Ability to work with absolute precision, ensuring the final product is free from visual flaws.
