THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Technology team in Vietnam.
You will lead the design of digital products and experiences across web, mobile, and tablet, working closely with Creative, Business, Product, and Development teams. You will balance user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
This role combines hands-on UX/UI design, signed project delivery, presales support, and design innovation, with opportunities to explore AI-assisted tools and build reusable design solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
UX/UI Design
Lead the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from discovery and ideation through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, handoff, and design QA.
Conduct or contribute to user research and define information architecture, user goals, user flows, and customer journeys.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web, mobile, tablet, and responsive digital experiences.
Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, scalable, and effective design solutions.
Apply strong interaction and visual design principles while maintaining consistency across digital experiences.
Contribute to design systems, reusable components, frameworks, and internal design assets.
Project Delivery
Work closely with
Business Analysts,
Project Managers, Product, and Development teams to deliver signed client projects.
Collaborate with developers throughout implementation and conduct design QA to ensure designs are accurately translated into the final product.
Present and communicate design concepts, recommendations, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
Manage priorities and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
Presales & Creative Collaboration
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Content Manager,
Graphic Designers, and other team members on concepts and interactive experiences for pitches and prospective projects.
Contribute to design explorations, prototypes, and presentations during the presales process.
Translate business opportunities and client requirements into compelling digital experiences and design solutions.
Productization & Innovation
Contribute to reusable design frameworks, components, templates, and solution patterns that can be applied across projects.
Support the productization of SAI Digital's digital solutions and offerings.
During availability periods, contribute to internal concepts and reusable solutions such as Global Dashboards, AI Assistants, Mini-Apps, and Direct-to-Consumer sites.
Explore AI tools and emerging technologies to improve design productivity, quality, and processes.
WORK ALLOCATION
70% - Signed Projects:
Work on client projects in collaboration with Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product, and Development teams.
30% - Presales & Innovation:
Support pitches, concept development, design explorations, and reusable internal solutions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a related digital design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end digital product design.
Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design for web and mobile products.
Strong design fundamentals and the ability to connect user needs, business objectives, and product value.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with experience working with design systems and reusable components.
Experience collaborating with business, product, development, and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts and decisions effectively.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within project timelines.
Familiarity with AI tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Weave, and Magnific is a plus.
Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows, vibe coding, vibe design, or HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience in an agency, consulting, client-facing, or presales environment is a plus.
Curious, collaborative, and willing to continuously explore new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
