This role is part of the OPEX Team, supporting new warehouse launches and post go-live stabilization. The position focuses on process execution, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination to ensure new sites reach stable operations quickly and can scale effectively.
Job Description:
Support new warehouse projects from preparation to go-live and stabilization
Assist in implementing and standardizing operational processes (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns)
Track operational performance, identify issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
SOP standardization and continuous process improvement initiatives
Work closely with operations, planning, system teams, and external partners during project execution
Yêu cầu
Min 6 years of experience in warehouse operations / logistics / e-commerce / supply chain
Experience supporting new warehouse launches or operational projects is a plus
Good understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory)
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Willing to work on-site and travel for project needs
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
