SUMMARY
Golden Owl Digital is looking for an ambitious SEO Executive to support the planning and execution of SEO strategies for both global and local clients across diverse industries.
In this role, you will work on keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, link building, reporting, and cross-team collaboration. This position is ideal for candidates with solid SEO knowledge who want to grow in a fast-paced agency environment and develop toward a Senior SEO Specialist path.

● Gain hands-on experience in SEO strategy, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, off-page SEO, reporting, and campaign performance analysis.
● Develop your SEO expertise through on-the-job training, mentorship, knowledge-sharing sessions, and exposure to diverse industries and business models.
● Build a clear growth path in SEO/Digital Marketing, with opportunities to take on more strategic responsibilities as your capability grows.
Your Responsibilities
1. Keyword Research & Content Optimization
● Conduct keyword research, including short-tail, long-tail, LSI, competitor keywords, and search intent analysis.
● Optimize landing pages, blog content, product/service pages, metadata, headings, internal links, and content structure.
● Collaborate with the Content team to ensure SEO-driven content planning and execution.
2. On-page & Technical SEO
● Perform website audits related to site structure, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, speed, and user experience.
● Identify technical issues and work with relevant teams to improve website health and search performance.
● Monitor SEO best practices and ensure websites follow updated search engine guidelines.
3. Off-page SEO & Link Building
● Execute backlink acquisition and off-page SEO activities to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
● Analyze backlink quality, identify risks, and propose suitable opportunities for link-building improvement.
4. Tracking, Reporting & Analysis
● Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEO platforms.
● Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion trends, and other SEO metrics to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
● Provide clear insights and recommendations to improve SEO performance and support client reporting.
5. Cross-team Collaboration
● Coordinate with Content, Digital, Account, and Development teams to ensure SEO tasks are implemented correctly and on time.
● Support internal discussions and client-related SEO updates when needed.

Requirements
Must have
● 1-2 years of hands-on SEO experience; agency experience is preferred.
● Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
● Experience using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
● Ability to prepare SEO reports and explain performance insights clearly.
● High sense of teamwork and collaboration; able to work closely with Content, Digital, and Account teams to achieve shared goals.
● Client-focused mindset, with the ability to understand client goals and support measurable SEO results.
● Good time management, task ownership, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
● English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above is a plus.
● Established backlink network and industry connections are a plus.
● Familiarity with SEM/PPC is a plus for integrated digital marketing campaigns.
● Experience working with both domestic and international markets is a plus.
