About the Role
CabinZero is looking for a highly proactive SEO, GEO & Website Growth Manager to drive sustainable organic growth across global markets.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will help improve CabinZero's visibility across search engines, AI-powered search experiences, and the overall website journey - from discovery to conversion.
You'll work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to scale organic traffic, improve website performance, optimise conversion opportunities, and build AI-assisted content and SEO systems that support long-term business growth.
We're looking for someone who combines strong SEO expertise with a growth mindset, has a deep understanding of user intent, and is highly confident working in Shopify Plus environments.
What You'll Do
- SEO & Organic Growth
- Plan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
- Conduct website SEO audits and improve crawlability, indexing, site structure, schema markup, internal linking, redirects, and overall website health.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, topic clustering, and search intent mapping to grow qualified organic traffic.
- Identify scalable organic growth opportunities, including use-case pages, comparison pages, landing pages, and long-tail search intent.
- Optimise website pages, metadata, headers, category pages, and blog content for both search visibility and conversion performance.
- Track, analyse, and report SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
- GEO / AI Search Optimisation
- Develop and implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search experiences, featured snippets, zero-click search, and conversational search platforms.
- Build content structures optimised for AI retrieval, answer-focused search, and semantic relevance.
- Monitor emerging trends in AI search and recommend scalable strategies to maintain competitive visibility.
- Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Manage website updates, content publishing, and ongoing improvements to website structure, user experience, and performance.
- Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to improve site architecture, crawl efficiency, indexing, and conversion flow.
- Identify website friction points and recommend improvements that increase engagement, activation, and conversion rates.
- Support CRO-focused initiatives through content optimisation, landing page improvements, and search intent alignment.
- Confidently manage and optimise content and website operations within Shopify Plus.
- AI-Powered Content Operations
- Use AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, or similar platforms to support research, ideation, drafting, optimisation, and content repurposing.
- Build scalable AI-assisted content workflows, prompt systems, and quality control processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Own and manage the content calendar for blog and organic content initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align SEO, content, and website initiatives with broader marketing and business goals.
- Salary range: Negotiated depending on experience + 13th-month salary
- Performance-based bonus (after 6 months)
