SEO Strategy
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, transforming roadmaps into actionable plans.
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, keyword clustering, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to optimize SEO strategies proactively.
Content SEO
• Collaborate closely with the Content team to build SEO-driven content plans for each project.
• Optimize content based on user intent, engagement metrics, and market-specific content gap analysis.
Technical SEO
• Monitor and improve website structure, internal linking, schema markup, crawlability, and indexing performance.
• Manage schema implementation, sitemaps for multi-site and multilingual systems, duplicate content handling, canonicalization, and pagination.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and
AI Engineers to resolve technical SEO issues effectively.
Performance & Traffic Growth
• Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to analyze rankings, traffic, and content effectiveness.
• Optimize organic traffic growth and Google Discover performance while proactively identifying algorithm fluctuations and proposing solutions.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for teams and leadership.
Team Management
• Lead and manage a team of 15+ SEO members, including Specialists, Seniors, and Operations staff.
• Establish KPIs, workflows, and quality standards while coaching and developing team capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Editorial, Content, Engineering, and Marketing teams; provide regular reports to leadership.
