Service Engineer - agriculture sector

1. Purpose of position:
To ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural machinery by providing high-quality technical support, consultation, and training to dealers and customers. This position aims to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize machine performance in the Vietnam Market.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting and developing the quick technical support service by regularly updating the reference and information base in the company's system.
- Providing technical consultations to dealers and customers on the operation fault diagnosis and technical repair of agricultural machines (by telephone, email, and on-site visits to dealers and customers).
- Troubleshooting equipment problems with dealer technicians and investigating the causes of the issues.
- Field support during the harvest season in the area of responsibility.
- Technical training for importers, dealers, and customers in machine design, repair, and operation; training in the use of service applications and the correct management of after-sales processes in the system.
- Maintaining direct active communication with directors/suppliers on all business matters. Providing immediate information to management on events requiring special attention.
- Registering, processing, and analyzing information on detected faults of machinery according to approved parameters.
- Monitoring the implementation of machine improvement programs if any are issued.
- Creating and submitting warranty claims according to the rules.
- Providing technical support to the spare parts department regarding issues requiring additional technical information.
- Supporting dealerships/spare parts teams with recommended spare parts stock creation prior to new product introduction or pre-season.
- Supporting the sales department in the preparation and demonstration of the product (participation in exhibitions and field days).
- Objectively assessing own qualifications, defining, and implementing a development plan for machinery and other products (technical or other training).
