- Guide customers, provide technical consultancy and assistance to customer regarding installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance of control systems
- Prepare progress reports, service-related reports and timesheets per assignment
- Work with sales and other departments to promote solutions to end customers.
- Build and maintain good professional working relationship with customers.
- Sales support and achieve annual service quota.
- Other tasks assigned by Sales Supervisor and Service Leader.

Yêu cầu
- Diploma/Degree in engineering field. Electronics & Electric background will be preferable
- Good Command in English oral & written.
- Chinese speaking will be advantage
- Experience in SMT/Dispensing Machine and Process industry will be advantage Machines to be serviced: Robot XYZ programming, precision dispensing valve, SMT lines equipment such as: handling systems, printer, mounter, reflow oven, plasma machine, Xray machine,...
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting and follow-up skills. Team-work ability
- Good attitude. Good interpersonal skills. Self-motivated & result orientated
- Willing to travel domestic and international.
- Minimum 03 years of experience
- Good Command in English oral & written.
- Chinese speaking will be advantage
